1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Easy Petro website and the Easy Petro gas station management software (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

2. The service

Easy Petro provides online back-office tools for gas station owners and managers, including daily sales reports, stock and inventory tracking, house accounts and invoicing, price surveys, financial reports and locked reports. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for all activity under your account and your users' accounts.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Tell us promptly at sales@easypetro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or upload malicious code;
• copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Service, except where the law allows.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of the business data you enter into the Service, such as sales, inventory, account and financial records. You give us permission to store and process that data only to provide, secure and support the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having the right to enter it. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees and payment

Fees for the Service are set out in your quote or agreement with Easy Petro. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. We may suspend access for accounts that are overdue after giving notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos and content (other than your data), belongs to Easy Petro and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business during your subscription.

8. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Reports are tools to support your decisions; they do not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Easy Petro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, subject to your agreement with us. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On request within 30 days of termination, we will help you export your data where reasonably possible.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, let customers know by email or in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
