Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Easy Petro ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and gas station management software (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us – such as your name, email, phone number and message when you call, email us or use the contact form. The website contact form opens your own email app; the message is sent by you as a normal email.
- Account information – names, emails and login details for you and the users you add to the Service.
- Business data – sales, inventory, house account, pricing and financial records you enter. This may include details of your house account customers, such as names and billing contacts.
- Technical data – like most websites, our servers record basic request logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of access.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain and support the Service.
- To respond to enquiries, demo requests and quotes.
- To send service messages such as invoices, security notices and important updates.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we share information
We share information only when needed:
- Service providers who host, store or help us run the Service, under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal reasons – when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Easy Petro, our customers or others.
- Business transfers – if Easy Petro is involved in a merger or sale, information may transfer as part of that deal, subject to this policy.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Your browser connects to those services, which receive your IP address as part of the request.
4. Cookies
Our public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Service uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. You can block cookies in your browser, but the Service may not work properly without them.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls and locked reports that cannot be changed without permission. No system is perfectly secure, so please use strong passwords and keep them private.
6. Data retention
We keep business data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After an account ends, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable time unless we must keep it for legal, tax or dispute reasons.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Account administrators can update most business data directly in the Service. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will respond to requests as that law requires.
8. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify customers by email or in the Service.
